Many years of teaching experience has taught the author that the introductory financial management course can be one that students enjoy and that they see as having added considerable value to their educational experiences.In this book, we are serious about focusing on what creates value. We are consistent in this approach throughout the book, addressing issues such as what creates value, what destroys it, how value is measured, and how value and risk are related.
