Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at support@Basi6Direct.com. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent without return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll work quickly to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Need something else? The quickest way is to return your item, and once accepted, make a new purchase separately.

Refunds
