British Pharmacopopeia 1993 (Addendum 1997)

This is the fourth Addendum to the British Pharmacopoeia 1993 which comes into force on 1 June 1997. In addition to monographs for a substantial number of substances and preparations, it includes: revisions to monographs; cross-references to the monographs published in the third edition of the European Pharmacopoeia; a comprehensive, cumulative index referencing all material published in the main volumes, the Addendum 1994, the Addendum 1995, the Addendum 1996 and this Addendum.
