A collection, with explanations, of typical patterns of business letters. The advice given generally agrees with basic accepted usage but is sometimes sketchy and inadequate. A standard college business- communications textbook would probably be more useful, though this book does have the advantage of avoiding the condescending gimmicks of color-bar-outlined "key terms", or collections of "student exercises" at the chapter ends.
