This book combines management and organizational behavior. It is intended for students to learn how to be effective performers within an organization, both individually and on teams. Because organizational behavior skills are students' dominant need under this assumption, about two-thirds of the book's content is anchored in traditional and emergent OB subjects, while one-third focuses on issues and practices that every manager needs to know.
