This is the first supplement to Multiple Congenital Anomalies. The main work, published in 1990, listed all of the then known dysmorphic syndromes and provided a framework whereby a diagnosis could be achieved by looking up any combination of features. Nearly 2,000 such syndromes were described in the book. Almost 350 new syndromes have been described since the main work was published and this first supplement now brings the subject completely up-to-date. Together, they form a unique combination of books which should be an essential reference for any clinician who sees patients with malformation syndromes.
