Cutaneous Oncology is designed to focus on the nature and behaviour of cancers, standing at the junction of clinical medicine and basic science research to provide a whole picture of skin tumor biology to both clinicians and researchers. The book explains our clinical understanding of skin cancers in terms of their biological and molecular bases, and provides a framework of clinical settings in which to understand and appreciate the importance of individual facets of tumor biology.
