Yes/no Medical Spanish Comprehensive Handbook of Clinical Spanish

This book is designed specifically for students and health-care workers with very limited understanding of Spanish. The questions are designed in such a way that the book serves two purposes: as a translating tool that virtually eliminates the need for a translator in the vast majority of cases, and as a cheat sheet for students learning the basic format for comprehensive histories, as well as the differential diagnoses questions for specific symptoms. The approach is different from other currently published books based on our format of yes/no questions designed to facilitate communication with the patient from intake to discharge in a variety of clinical settings (office-based, ER, hospital). Will contain chapters devoted to the following: pronunciation and simple every day grammar, commonly used vocabulary by categories, registration/check-in of patients to a health-care related facility, taking vital signs, medication history, triage questions, taking a comprehensive history, dealing with active medical problems, and more
