MRI of the Body

This volume of the Raven MRI Teaching File set covers diseases of the thorax, liver, pancreas, upper gastrointestinal tract, spleen, kidneys, adrenal glands, renal arteries and veins, female and male pelvis, bladder, and rectum. The book contains 100 case studies, each two to four pages in length and illustrated with high-resolution MR images. The concise text that accompanies each case study and set of images provides all essential information on clinical history, radiographic findings, MRI technique or techniques used, section planes, pulse sequences, contrast enhancement agents, and diagnosis and explains how the diagnosis was reached. The cases represent a wide variety of neoplastic and non-neoplastic diseases and were carefully selected to show variable manifestations of common pathology, as well as the occasional unusual case.
