Palm Oil Nutrition, Uses, and Impacts

Palm oil is considered as one of the most traded agricultural commodities in the world. It is conventionally being used for food and dietary applications, detergent and cosmetic products, and in the production of bio-diesel fuels and biodegradable polymers. This new book presents current research in the study of the uses and impacts of palm oil.
