Project Management Practices, Challenges and Developments

Projects are traditionally seen as temporary organisations designed for unique tasks, often in contrast to the mass-producing core activities of organisations. Projects are used by the engineers as tools for solving almost any type of problem. In this book, the authors present current research in the study of practices, challenges and developments within project management.
