Managing Federal Employees Engagement and Stewardship

Employee engagement has an enormous impact on organisational outcomes. Extensive research consistently demonstrates a strong positive relationship between high levels of employee engagement and desired organisational outcomes such as customer satisfaction, safety, low turnover, productivity, and profitability.
