Integrated Approach to Preterm Birth

This book presents an integrated approach to preterm birth with the help of extensive information. There are several descriptive books on this subject in terms of both the pediatric/neonatal as well as the obstetric information. However, all these books lack a combination of information from obstetrics through neonatal course and pediatrics with the transversal of neonate through childhood. An extended discussion between specialties is necessary in this fight against the problem of preterm birth in order to ease both the effects and after-effects. For all the medical developments till date, preterm birth is still all too common, and its complications are a major concern for families, hospitals as well as societies.
