Schizophrenia in Modern World

A detailed account based on the serious disorder of schizophrenia has been presented in this profound book. Widely discussed but little understood, Schizophrenia is a group of seriously disabling mental disorders. While the primary basis of diagnosis were hallucinations and delusions (considered positive symptoms), factors like impairments of memory and attentional processing (cognitive symptoms), have also gained prominence in neuropsychiatry. This text presents the current discoveries related to this severe group of disorders. We are still far from achieving definite remedial methods against this serious disorder, specifically for cognitive indications, and are still in need of effective interventions for its prevention.
