Development Data Analysis in Social Science Research

Social research is research conducted by so- cial scientists and which follows by the sys- tematic plan. Social research methods can generally vary along a quantitative/qualita- tive dimension. While various methods may sometimes be classified as quantitative or qualitative, most methods contain elements of both. The qualitative data analysis often in- volves a fairly structured approach to coding the raw data into systematic information, and quantifying intercoder reliability. We dis- cussed in this book development data analy- sis in social science research.
