Advances in Head and Neck Oncology

Recognizing quality of life (and in one case cost) issues, as well as the physical morbidity engendered by head and neck cancers, 22 contributors augment clinicians' knowledge base by highlighting a dozen areas of recent advances in this area of oncology.
