Aging, Gender and Crime

This book begins by exploring the relationships between crime, ageing and victimisation. The book then moves to assess the main issues associated with understanding imprisonment for older people. The book focuses its attention on gender and its relationship to mental health and institutional psychiatric care. The final part of the book explores the issue of theorising ageing and relationship to crime.
