Governor Jim Melville looks like a sure thing for his party's presidential nomination. Psychiatrist Ben Jordan, his college friend, never suspects Melville's ties to a sinister group operating behind the fa�ade of the Glenville-Rodgers Foundation, a Beltway think tank.
