This expanded and updated fourth edition of AS Law builds upon the success of earlier editions in providing a highly readable text on the English legal system and the principles of crime and negligence as basic concepts of liability. The book covers the requirements of both AQA (Assessment and Qualifications Alliance) and OCR (Oxford, Cambridge and RSA {Royal Society of Arts}) specifications. This fourth edition contains additional material updating the text in light of recent changes and developments in both the law and the English legal system, and in response to specification amendments. It includes a section of examination type questions and answers, activities and guidance on key skills coverage, and a number of new diagrams and illustrations.
