It takes a practical approach to the subject area and includes an introductory chapter placing administration in the context of the current rescue culture. The work includes changes to the law to be incorporated by three new Acts - the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 and the new Insolvency Act.
