Diagnosis of Alopecia in Dogs and Cats

Hair loss in pets is a common reason for veterinary consultation. Like all processes tha affect the skin, hair loss is often very striking and a source of worry for pet owners, not only for aesthetic reasons, but given the potential implications for the health of their dog or cat.
