Intelligent Information Systems: Meeting the Challenge of the Knowledge Era

This book closes the gap between information technologies and management decision making. It treats currently relevant topics in information technology―knowledge-based expert systems, graphic-user interface, fuzzy logic, neural networks, data storage, client server, and integration of heterogeneous databases―by using examples and, more importantly, by relating these methods to the needs of the decision maker by taking into account the individual's decision style.
