Introduction to Organizational Behavior

The field of management and organizational behavior exists today in a constant state of evolution and change. We see articles about increased industrial competitiveness, takeovers and acquisitions, new government regulations, stockholder revolts, the need for increased industrial competitiveness, and so forth. As organizations change in response to these pressures, however, so too do their employees, their organization structures, their core technologies, their corporate cultures, and their approached to management.
