Introduction to Systems Analysis Techniques

This book has been written by two lecturers who have been teaching systems analysistechniques to students for a number of years. Not only have they been active practitioners with first hand knowledge of the techniques described, but have also developed effective ways of getting their message across to students from a wide variety of backgrounds.
