Mathematical analysis is a branch of mathematics that includes theories of differentiation, integration, measure, limits, infinite series, and analytic function. The theories are usually studied in the context of real and complex numbers and functions. Analysis evolved from calculus, which involves the elementary concepts and techniques of analysis. Analysis may be distinguished from geometry; however, it can be applied to any space of mathematical objects that has a definition of nearness or specific distances between objects. The scientific method is a body of techniques for investigating phenomena, acquiring new knowledge, or correcting and integrating previous knowledge. To be termed scientific, a method of inquiry is commonly based on empirical or measurable evidence subject to specific principles of reasoning. In the first chapter we discuss mathematical and scientific methods for estimation of speckle variance in SAR images, simulation results and verification for real-life data. Scientific estimation of distribution algorithms by using the empirical selection distribution, this we discuss in the second chapter. The aim of the third chapter is to focus on mathematical applications of the differential ant-stigmergy algorithm on real-world continuous optimization problems. For mathematical analysis generally inequality operator is used, this we discussed in the fourth chapter. Here we discuss Jense's inequality operator. For mathematical analysis we use Markov chains using Matlab, this we discuss in the fifth chapter. We discuss financial time series forecasting with the help mathematical and scientific analysis in the sixth chapter. Ga-based Q-learning to develop compact control table for multiple agents, we focus on this in the sixth chapter. Matlab/Simulink software, the use of this software is discuss in the last chapter for mathematical and scientific analysis.
