Movement Disorders

Reprints the first two volumes of Movement Disorders , originally published in 1982 and 1987 respectively (and out of print for some time), primarily for the benefit of young neurologists and neuroscientists who have the third volume (1994) and wish to acquire the first two. The original writings are reproduced in their entirety, and placed in context by a new preface which provides a commentary on the significance of the originals and an overview of the changes that have occurred since their publication.
