OSCEs for Anaesthetists

OSCEs (Objective Structured Clinical Examinations) have been introduced by the Royal College of Anaesthetists. This book contains 120 conventional OSCEs, arranged as 10 circuits of twelve questions each, and aims to do more than just give candidates some practice: answers and explanatory notes are provided, together with some key references. The questions are fully illustrated and cover clinical assessment, data interpretation, technical skills and communication skills. The book should serve as a general revision tool, and should be of interest to trainee anaesthetists.
