And contributions from such household names as James Martin, Tom Kerridge and Cyrus Todiwala add a dash of celebrity spice to the book. One of Britain’s most revered and appreciated institutions, the RAF will be celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2018. A percentage of sales of this cookbook will be donated to the ve RAF charities that the RAF100 campaign is supporting.
