Self-Organized Processes in Semiconductor Alloys: Volume 583 (MRS Proceedings)

This book addresses issues related to the understanding, control and technological application of ordering, spinodal decomposition/composition modulation, clustering, and 3-D nucleation in epitaxially grown semiconductor alloys.
