"Originally, this book was a journal intended to update friends and family about my husband, Bill's, progress as he received treatment for pancreatic cancer. The diagnosis came in mid-October of 2017 and by November we launched a Caring Bridge© website with the help of my sister, Linda. It was a way to post the most recent updates about Bill's care and treatment and make sure everyone had the same information in a timely manner. What came of it, though, was a walk of faith, testimony, strength and courage. Bill survived ten months. He gave it his all fighting hard against a terrible cancer. Through these many months we cried and worried and prayed and shared these concerns with our Caring Bridge© followers who were steadfast in their support and encouragement.
