Structure Elucidation by Modern NMR: A Workbook

Two years after publication of the first edition in four languages, the English version of this book is available in a second, revised and expanded edition. It is excellent for self-study by the practicing chemist and as a textbook for chemistry students taking courses or workshops in structure elucidation. Although the avantgarde in modern NMR is concentrating on the invention and optimization of advanced techniques, for beginners the situation has not changed markedly. Therefore, the authors decided to not add new techniques to this second edition, but rather to increase the number of exercises from 23 to 33. After rather simple, single-spectrum interpretations, the authors present additional spectrum problems based on the preceding exercises. In this way the user is guided step-by-step to the so lution of multi-spectra-problems.
