Fish physiology refers to the scientific study of how the component parts of fish function together in the living fish. There is an obvious and increasing trend toward multidisciplinary approaches to understanding physiological research, incorporating the many fields of biology to begin to understand more fully the impact of anthropogenic contamination of the aquatic ecosystem.This book provides comprehensive coverage of research and reviews on varied aspects of fish and fisheries biology.
