The State Funeral of Sir Winston Churchill: A Sketchbook by Charles Mozley is a facsimile of this remarkable book which was designed to be an artist's tribute to a great man who himself enjoyed painting and earned a high reputation in that field. A glorious book of 32 watercolor sketches, offering a personal view of the scene on 30th January 1965, as the procession made its way from Westminster to St Paul's Cathedral, then on to the Tower of London where the coffin was lifted onto a barge for its journey down the Thames. The original tribute by Sir Robert Menzies (Prime Minister of Australia), broadcast by the BBC as the procession left St. Paul's, is reproduced here in full.
