When a bus company decided to build their corporate headquarters in Olean, New York, photographer Les Howard turned the construction into a creation. Transitional Photographs of One Blue Bird Square Olean, New York is a similar project Mr. Howard has worked on for the past twenty-nine years. A Blue Bird Bus Company decided to build its corporate office in Olean and Mr. Howard documented the event from a bare lot to a grand opening. Out of 2590 photographs 792 slides were converted to digital images to use for his book. Mr. Howard is fascinated with the idea of telling a story with numbered photographs and captions.
