Turbulent Transport in Fusion Plasmas First ITER International Summer School

The ITER International Summer School corresponds to the needs of training young researchers coming from various horizons and the multidisciplinary skills of which are appreciated within the framework of the complex physics of ITER which besides the physics of hot plasmas appeals to diverse skills in material science, physics of turbulence and nonlinear dynamics as well as in mathematics. The emphasis of the first school has been on the physics of turbulent transport and its implications on confinement in magnetic fusion devices.
