Warranties in Cross-Border Acquisitions (International Bar Association Series)

This text examines the warranties in cross-border acquisitions with reference to law in Argentina, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and the USA. The work addresses a wide range of matters regularly dealt with by lawyers: in the law of contract, in sales of goods, in negotiations, in promises to sell and in sale of shares and ongoing businesses.
