World Trade Organization Dispute Settlement Decisions Bernan's Annotated Reporter October9-December 22, 1999

This series is intended to provide comprehensive and efficient access to the Decisions of the World Trade Organization's (WTO) Dispute Settlement body. Full text cases of all WTO Panels and of the Appellate body are provided. Cases are set out in chronological order, based on the date of the decision being reported. This volume contains the following cases: Canada - measures affecting the importation of milk and the exportation of dairy products; Turkey - restrictions of imports of textile and clothing products; Korea - definitive safeguard measures on imports of certain dairy products; Argentina - safeguard measures on imports of footwear; and, United States - Sections 310-310 of the Trade Act of 1974. The annex tables to the volume provide details of outstanding cases before the WTO, and details of the member countries involved in these trade disputes.
